Welcome to my virtual office

This is where I share reflections about the therapy process and try to unpack concepts that influence my therapeutic approach, including attachment science, empathy, and more.

Some of the posts include stories from the therapy room. These stories are inspired by many years of working with individuals and couples in different settings, and each character is based on multiple different people. All the identifying information has been omitted from the stories and other details were changed in order to protect the privacy of my clients.
